Amazing Location and Excellent Service!

I was really excited to find the location so convenient. It was near the main train station and all major attractions! My room was clean, spacious, and I found it very comfortable. The daily cleaning service was definitely a plus! I would recommend it.

Honestly the elevator felt a little slow. It meant waiting a bit longer during peak times, but nothing serious. We got there!

The hotel has a rooftop where you can have breakfast or lunch in the sun. It is available until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. there are offices on the second and fourth floors offering coffee, tea, and fruit.

The hotel is located near all attractions. Everything can be reached by foot. The main square and train station are easily accessible. I felt safe walking around, even at night, it was amazing.

federica greeted me so well on arrival!!! she had my room ready after a hectic walk from the train station. she suggested i take the tram on my departure since it was much closer and easier. they have a community kitchen with cappuccino and hot chocolate, such a nice touch. water!

the rooftop had space for about four people and dozens of cigarette butts were in the plant pots.

the location was excellent. it was super close to main attractions and easy to get around. the staff were friendly and efficient. a lovely lift made access easy with luggage or after long days.

the minibar was empty on arrival, it had no drinks or snacks available. this was a little disappointing, it would have been nice after travelling.

the hotel is in via cavour, a secure street. it is really close to everything in the historic centre. the duomo is only a five minute walk. it is so easy to reach everything on foot.

confusing check-infaulty air conditioner

this other hotel was a bit of a trek i must say. also, my room had a faulty air conditioner that did nothing but make noise. i had a terrible night sleep because of the room temperature and faulty air conditioner.
